RAYMOND MITCHELL
Founder and Managing Director
Mr. Mitchell possesses over forty-five (45) years industrial experience in petroleum, mining and petrochemical industries; the last twenty- five (25) of those years at a managerial level. As Managing Director, Mr. Mitchell brings a wealth of invaluable hands-on knowledge and experience, a mature approach and a critical thinking ability which demands respect from both employees and clients alike. Over the years Mr. Mitchell has forged alliances with several major industrial service providers, and as such, is extremely resourceful in ensuring that these relationships can be leveraged to the benefit of the client for efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Ryan brings to the table over fifteen years (15) of management experience, the last ten (10) of which are in the field of Environmental Health & Safety, Project Operations and Quality Control Management. As a former HSE Director at a major State institution in Florida, Ryan’s visionary leadership, a meticulous demand for quality service, compliance and a commitment to ensuring the highest safety standards are adhered to on every job we undertake, guarantees that TMCL meets and exceeds your expectations of an industrial service provider.
